Excellent Fireplace & Service

We are so pleased with the fireplace and mantel that we bought from Karen and Simon. It was an extremely easy process from start to finish. The installation was perfect as well. A great team of people all round. We would most definitely recommend them!

I am so happy with the help from Simon and his team, they are true professionals, after using 3 different gas agents for various things through my house over the past year, they were the first gas company to spot there was no cut off point for my gas, which could have been potentially dangerous. So a big thank-you for that, Simon then went above and beyond and contacted national grid on my behalf to resolve this issue, this all happened in one day, so thanks to Simon, the house is now def Gas Safe.

They then corrected issues with my fire, that hadn't even been fitted by them, Oh I wish I had used them from the start, they did a fantastic job and if I could turn back time, I would have def have chosen this company above any other in the area.

Would highly recommend them for any job and if you are looking for a fire to be fitted, then I would def say choose Warfield Stoves and Fires, the others in the area are no where near as professional as these guys and I know it from experience.

Excellent Service

Just wanted to post a note saying that the whole experience with Simon, Karen and the team was excellent from start to finish. They were helpful in the choice of stove, moved mountains to fit me in before xmas, and the fitting team were exemplary.

Superb professional service

I would like to say thank you for a most positive experience in selecting and installing our wood burning stove. The initial time that you spent advising prior to purchase gave real confidence. Your fitters, Glen and John were superb during the installation. No mess, and more than happy to commission the stove ensuring we were confident in its use.

Another happy customer

Having been let down by another stove supplier, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Simon and Karen at Warfield Stoves. We got some great advice and the stove we chose (Broseley Evolution 5) is absolutely amazing.

The 2 guys that came to fit the stove were very friendly and polite and did a fantastic job, they are a credit to Warfield Stoves.

The level of support and service we received even after the installation was excellent. I would recommend anyone wanting to get a new fireplace / stove fitted to look no further than Warfield Stoves.

It Looks Great

We would like to thank Simon and Karen, for all their help and advice in choosing our new fire surround and log burner.

John & Glen the two installers were very knowledgable, friendly, polite and left the whole work area clean and tidy. They even replaced four broken roof tiles for us. That's what we call Service.
